The  62nd Annual Western History Association Conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas from October 12-15, 2022. Please visit our travel and accommodations page to book your hotel now!

WHA Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by midnight on September 12, 2022 (this includes cancelled registration and ticketed events). All refunds for cancelled registration after that date will be honored and received before October 12 will be honored, minus a $30 handling fee (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing). No refunds after October 12.

*To receive the Pre-Registration rate, full payment must be processed or postmarked by September 12. All persons attending, including program participants, are required to register.  Mailed registrations sent after September 12 will be processed with an onsite registration rate. The WHA office will not process registrations that are postmarked after October 1. WHA members receive discounted registration rates.

**Contingent faculty includes those whose primary employment, whether full-time or part-time, is not on the tenure track.

***The WHA defines a guest as a family member or someone who would not attend the conference except to accompany a conference attendee. Each WHA conference attendee, regardless of membership category, must individually register – unless they qualify as a guest.
