WHA Program Printed Ads:
Reserve your printed ad space by April 15, 2022 to be included in the official conference program. In 2022 our printed program will reach over 1,400 WHA members, high school teachers, history programs, public and businesses local to the conference site. Ad space is limited and requests will be made in the order they are received.
Ad sizes may be either half-page (7.5" x 4.5" landscape orientation) or a full page (7.5" x 10" portrait orientation). All ads must include a bleed or "safe zone" of 1/8th inch (.0125 inch). Please submit ads in high resolution files via email to wha@westernhistory.org

Tote Bag Flier Advertisements:
For a small fee you can share your message with all attendees by adding a flier to the annual conference tote! These coveted bags are a staple of all WHA conferences and often receive national attention on Twitter and other social media platforms for their durability and utilitarian practicality. Directly place your messages to conference attendees with this option!

WHA Conference Exhibit Booths:
Exhibiting in the WHA Conference Exhibits Ballroom is the most effective way to reach your target audience! We offer several exhibiting options to fit the needs of our affiliates and partners. Make your reservation by April 15, 2022 to secure your spot at the least expensive rate and to include your name in the WHA printed conference program. The exhibits map and booth numbers will be distributed this summer.
Each Exhibit Booth Includes: Draped back wall; Booth identification sign; Listing in the WHA Annual Conference Program; Listing on the WHA Website; Two complimentary conference registrations (additional registrations will be given as booth size increases); Complimentary WIFI; Pre-Conference Mailing List. Shared Exhibit Space:
Shared exhibitor space will be available in the WHA Exhibits Hall for those publishers unable to attend the conference. Display your publications for only $75 per title (limit of 3). You may also provide one half-page flier to be placed with your books. In addition to the placement of your publications, our office will include a sign with your name and logo.

Cancellation Policy:
The WHA does not accept exhibitor cancellations after June 15, 2022.
Any requests to cancel exhibit space after this date will not be refunded.
No refunds will be issued on advertisement reservations.
